Updated 3/8/2008 I sincerely apologize 'again' for the delay in responding to emails and filling orders. I have had my 3rd joint replacement since 2004. The first were 2 hip replacements and this time a total right shoulder replacement the second week of December 2007. This is, by far the most painful of the three. I am slowly progressing with at least another 8-12 weeks of physical therapy. I'm working hard to fill orders as quickly as possible and recently purchased new shopping cart software in order to make the whole process run more smoothly including downloadable PDFs. I continue to contact customers on a regular basis and filling backorders as quickly as possible.  Schematic Connection operates on a part time basis (it's only me), my time is limited, while working full time, and I get the most work done on the weekends. All I can ask of you is to be a bit patient, send me an email if you wish, and I'll get back to you (it may take a few days). I check and answer a block of emails every evening. I wish to assure everyone that I'm totally sincere in my efforts and my goals are completely honest. My integrity has suffered a severe blow, but I plan come back strong and even better. PDF, FTP and Attachment Shipping Method Now Available! I now have a 'Shipping Option' for customers who purchase a PDF of a service manual or schematic set. Simply choose the Download or Attachment shipping method and postage will not be added at checkout. This is not an automatic download, I currently have to manually send them until my new site is up and running. For the time being, please contact me to see if an item is available as a PDF.

Factory Original Photocopies I provide the highest quality photocopies from the factory originals. These ARE NOT the same schematics that individuals recreate and post on the web. Some vintage schematics were hand drawn by the manufacturer and are readable or they would not be listed on my site.
